What is real meditation?


In Real meditation there is no authority (teacher, religion). One must cease to be second hand. 

He who understand the whole movement of control (thoughts), lives life without control. Controller is movement of thought. Thought is past. Past movement of the controller tries to control the present actual movement of life. This creates division, deception, desires and illusions. Idea of Religion or Nationalism is an illusion, created by thoughts. Only the mind which becomes aware of such illusions, gets freedom from illusions. Such mind being honest and clear, begins to inquire into timeless Truth. 

When there is no conflict in mind, mind doesn't act from thoughts but from direct observations. Action from pure observation is an intelligence. Intelligence comes with love, compassion and silence. The absolutely silent mind, not dependent on anything, sees the eternal - timeless - nameless Truth, this is real meditation.
