How to Realise the Truth?

Is our religion the truth?
    No! Spiritual seekers and mystics initially formed various sects based on their insights, which were later institutionalized and transformed into religions.

Is our nation the truth?
    No! Landlords, feudal lords, and rulers expanded their territories through power, which eventually led to the creation of states and nations.

Are our gods the truth?
    No! To commemorate ancient great personalities and spiritual gurus, their followers collaborated with artists to create myths, sculpt idols, and build temples.

Is our surname the truth?
 No! It is merely a system that began as a way to preserve and identify specific characteristics or lineages of a clan.

Is our name the truth?
     No! It is just a label given to living beings for identification; it could have been anything.

Is our body the truth?
   No! It is fundamentally composed of microscopic particles and cells.

Are microscopic particles the truth?
    No! Physical microscopic particles are nothing but the transformation of energy.

Is energy the truth?
     No! Energy, physical particles, and life itself continuously emerge from and dissolve back into an absolute, boundless Universal Consciousness.

Is Universal Consciousness the ultimate truth?
   It possesses no awareness, no memory, and no thought. It does not create, sustain, or destroy anything. To perceive it as Brahman, Ishvara, or God is a reflection of human ignorance.

Then what exactly is the Truth?
   Events occur spontaneously within the timeless, beginningless, and endless Universal Consciousness. One event does not necessarily have any correlation or connection with another. It is highly probable that infinite laws have evolved over infinite time.

   After life evolved on Planet Earth, every living cell felt the inherent necessity to survive and maximize its own propagation. From this survival instinct, the individual consciousness, mind, thoughts, desires and concepts expanded. In looking out for its own self-interest, the individual consciousness is forced to turn a blind eye to the absolute truth. It is for the self-preservation and selfishness of this individual consciousness that systems like family, marriage, God, country, and religion have been established and expanded. A selfless being has no need for any of these.

   The individual consciousness remains ignorant of the fact that it is an intrinsic part of the Universal Consciousness. This ignorance has been further reinforced and solidified through the artificial concepts of Atman (soul) and Paramatman (supreme soul).

    When the mind recognizes the truth and falls silent, its separate existence completely vanishes, and what remains is nothing but total dissolution into the Universal Consciousness.
